Hello, I've been having problems with getting QT to backfill my intraday charts. Excuse me for the simple question but what do I need to do in order to get it working correctly?
 
You need to send an email to QuoteTracker to help you trouble shoot the problem first and foremost.

Giving your data provider a call would also help (to make sure it is not a problem on their end).

What is most likely is that you have not assigned the proper data provider as your data source for backfill and/or the quote page.
 
QT is just a front end program, not a data vendor. It is up to the source of your data feed. In this case, I'm assuming you're using IB, in which case, lots of luck :eek:

If your charts are not loading with backfill when you first boot-up QT, it is most likely that you have not defaulted the software to backfill upon program start-up.
