QT features?

I love the builtin bar countdown timers. Is there any way you could add an optional alert at 20 seconds to the end of the bar like some of the other clocks have?

Jerry, how about just have the time in the timer flash a bright
yellow color or something to get our attention that the bar is
about to come to the close? Twenty seconds warning sounds
just about fine. Or make it user friendly with whateve time the user
needs. And we should be able to pick colors too. And flashing
frequency of course. I'm not kidding! Let's "get 'er done"!

Hi Jerry,

I wonder if you have any plans to alleviate your imposition of Windows/IE. Don't you feel, as a distiguished programmer, that portability is in order?
there is no chance of that happening. it would involve a complete rewrite, and economics just don't justify the cost of that.

LOL. Well theres no harm in asking. You never know. I have IceBlue which has the alarm and you might be suprised how useful it is if youre notating as I am, but it would be handier if it was built in to the charting. I like the flashing lite thing too.:)

I need more flashing lights, ect., to help keep me awake.

Sound alarms drive me nuts, but give me flashing lights and
I am happy...:p

Finally someone agrees with me about bar thickness. Almost everybody uses candlesticks so we bar users get neglected. Apparently there is a problem in making this an option but it puzzles me as the candles are nice and fat. :)

lol...I agree easyrider. OHLC user here and would like that option too.

There is strength in numbers :-)

BTW....They have put everything in QT that I have asked for except the issue of timelinking the crosshairs on all the displayed charts. I constantly have to look at the bottom of the chart and line up the crosshair with the correct time when comparing charts.

It's the only thing I miss with Esignal.

take care

But think about all that money you're not missing!

You got that right :-)

I got 2 weeks of Esignal service for the cost of one year of QT.

I dont know how these guys put food on the table.

:D
