You are clearly speaking from experience since you've tried all the brokers and researched the commission on each one and compared them. We should all listen to you and your expert wisdom.

So you do the live demo of your trade ?

This is the main problem for most people here - too lazy to do research by their own, sometime even too lazy to verify what this guy claim to by looking back to his previous post in the same thread ..:D

Is this correct regarding calculating the premium cost?

$1.87 * 100 * 10 = $1870 for SPY puts @ 83
$.69 * 100 * 28 = $1932 for QQQQ puts @ 30
