QQQQ down Nasdaq up?

The Nasdaq is up 7 points yet the QQQQ's are down on the day? I'm just wondering why this is? Is it because of after hours action (I'm sure the RIMM report has something to do with this)

The Nasdaq index measures the entire Nasdaq market.

QQQQ is just 100 of the Nasdaq stocks.

aapl makes up around 20% of the ndx. Its down 3 bucks so its having a bigger drag on the nasdaq100 than on the comp.

qqqq tracks the $ndx (nasdaq 100), not the nasdaq composite.
