Looks like we got some good earnings numbers overnight and we are posed to gap up.

I will wait to the close of the first 15 min candle and decide were to place my stop then.

Most likely it will be the high of that 15 min candle but we shall see.

I will post when I can.

BTW, I'm just closing the stock not the spread at this time.
 
Usually some good probabilities show in shorting QQQQ;
good swings down from $112,,$120 area, 7 year chart .SPY & DIA is 7 year/more uptrend

Good swings down Jan,Feb, Mar-2007;
Aprl broke the pattern ,APR still uptrending,
, but until QQQQ tops $120 area, polar bear probibilities are still there:cool: Plan my exits , by entry time.

So if Apr keeps uptrending [not a prediction];
that doesnt really change the big picture probibilities.:cool: :cool:

This trade was a pain in the butt from the first 15 minutes I put it on.

IF I get stopped out I highly recommend that everyone else take it short.

Trust me you will clean up on it !!!

When I'm right on a trade I'm usually really right BUT when I'm wrong I'm usually very wrong and the market loves to punish me.

It's all just a conspiracy and the little green men in saucers are behind it all. :D :D :D :D

OK short the hell out of it right NOW ... trust me you will make a fortune.

I'm stopped and it will be the high of the day believe me on this ... lol.

I would at least like to see others make some money from this pig of a trade ... :)

I received .80 premium on the Bear Call Spreads and I'm still holding them so as long as they close under 46 it's a wash call and I will break even.

if you dont have too much money on this trade you can ride it out

otherwise, you might as well either take the loss or scale back

the markets have broken out to fresh new high and nasdaq has cleared a resistance level


However, the only silver lining in this is that the foreign markets will correct tonight fter being up for the past 2 days and that will result in the QQQQ falling on Friday but it may not be enough
 
I believe the range is still valid.

The breakout was weak at best and just barely went through 2 standard diviations but that was my uncle point in a worst case scenario.

We should be back in the range within 1 week in my opinion and we can all laugh at my stop because it will be the top of the break out. :(
