QQQ: Fast executions?

Are executions on QQQ (AMEX) as fast as using a direct-access on Nasdaq Stocks like INTEL?

I mean, when trading Nasdaq, a market order is executed IMMEDIATELY! (less than a second)!

What about QQQ? How long it takes?

What's different between NASDAQ and AMEX, in terms of trading?

Since I have never traded QQQ before, I decided to ask you guys who have already traded QQQ.
