It's quite easy to find out your previous trades. Just click on the "Trade Log" button and you will notice a list of trades you have done, with opeining time, closing time, types of action (buy or sell), number of contracts, commission, etc.
Of course it's legal, your broker has the responsibility to watch you. In fact they build the system to monitor your account. Where do you think they get information about your account and send you a margin notice?
