QM just stopped trading

wierd wtf. i swear ever since i started trading this thing a month ago, it seems like the rules are always changing. for a few days it was trading between 2:30 and 3:15 etc

unless i'm just flaking out

Trading Hours (All times are New York time)

The contract is available for trading on the NYMEX ClearPort® trading platform from 7:00 PM Sundays through 2:30 PM Fridays, with a 45-minute break each day between 2:30 PM and 3:15 PM.
 
NYMEX ClearPort has halted trading due to a technical issue at the exchange.

NYMEX ClearPort® Trading will be in a pre-opening state at 12:45 PM EST and will open at 1:00 PM EST.

NYMEX Clearport trading halted. Why I don't know. I'm in a position and don't know if it was filled or not. Not showing so on my screen. Am calling trade desk to find out what's done in this situation. First time ever for me having problem trading QM.

What does "enter preopen at 12:45" mean.
