qcharts slow loading

i downloaded the newest qcharts software and now when i first start qcharts it takes up to 5 min to load. i just sits there with empty greyed out chart boxes. does anyone else have this problem with new software. the old software worked fine.

If you're referring to the difference between the 4.2 and 4.3 versions, then yes I had the same problem. Once I switched to Ensign the problem went away.

BTW, Ensign with IQFeed is the same price and also ten times more reliable.

I had heard/read somewhere that quote.com gets their data from another data provider and then they (quote.com) send it out to customers.

Maybe there is a problem with that sort of relay process.

Qcharts seem to have a lot of intermittent problems.
