Qcharts Moving Average prob.

Hi,

Maybe this is a very technical question, but I noticed when I want to have the 900 Moving Average (= 15ma on the 60' time frame)on the 1' time frame, that this moving average does not appear on my charts!


Who can help me further??

I have noticed with QCharts that lines on one timeframe do not always show up on other timeframes - e.g. add line/fib on 5min chart - switch to 3min & it's gone - switch to 1 min & there it is again. I don't know if it's a bug or a feature! Nor can I detect any pattern on which timeframes the problem happens on.
 
One thing you can try, as I've noticed this bug from time to time, is adjusting the scale on the frame where the item wont appear...if its a 5 min fib set of lines and you go to the 3 min and they arent there, try using the mouse at the bottom and drag the bars either closer or farther apart and see if it shows up...let me know if that helps

What version of QCharts are you using?

I just put it (900eMA on 1min chart) on my all session ES03U chart and had no problem seeing it.

I'm using version 4.3.0.0

Me too 4.300 and my computer is recent so...

Very strange!


Till now, not yet received an answer from Qcharts...

There not answering the phones?

I tried emailing them once a few months ago...I sent it with a tag to see if they open the email...they did...

and never responded back to me.

Reason why I only call and dont email them.

I noticed when I have a longer time frame chart up, and a long moving average, it sometimes takes a while for QCharts to get the data from the server. Eventually (a few min.) it draws the MA.
 
I'm having the same issue lately.
