I IndexTrader Jan 5, 2004 #7 I couldn't log in yesterday after updating to the new 5.0 version. Finally, I realized that their authorization codes differentiate between upper and lower case letters for userID and password. I had 1 letter wrong. Duh! You may want to verify that.
