Qcharts: Are their servers still junk?

Sorta I think. You can have a quote list. Click on a stock and
a chart and level 2 and t&s will switch to the last thing you
clicked on. Just have the windows you want to change have
the Sym on top right set to Green.

They have a cheesy Hotlist feature with it. You can get some
third party tools like RavenQuote to go with Qcharts.
I'm sure there are some good scanners out there.

thanks! Let me ask a few more questions:

1)Does it support all kinds of futures or just the eminis? Do they support es,ym, gold, bond futures ?

2) When you say you can open up to 64 windows that this imply that the windows are "POP UP"? Like those in teh new eSignal? Or all the windows clustered in a frame window?

3) And also, can you go to a particular date and get data from that date like iN TS7? Like if I want to look at a chart for some arbitrary date like Nov 2001 or whatever? Can it do that?

Ravenquote does real-time filtering. I guess that's extra huh?
Have you guys had any experience with RT filtering/scanning usign ravenquote with qcharts?

Qcharts look reasonably priced. And if it does everything I think it can then it's a decent deal then.

I know it supports ES, NQ and YM from CME EMINI. I have no idea what the symbols or exchanges for gold and bond futures.

The charts are all clustered within the frame window.
You can open as many charts as you want in the frame window
which you can drag as big your whole desktop.
A high resolution monitor or multiple monitor setup should help
you fit in more charts and other stuff.

This is sorta a pain but this is how I do it.
Maybe someone knows a easier way.
Suppose I want a 5 min chart of Nov 1 2002.
I punch in symbol, then 5 mins.
Then I hit Ctrl + Left Arrow key like 50 times.
The date changes when hitting the arrow key and you
can stop when you get to the date and it draws the
chart immediately.

THANKS! That helps. So, it's like eSignal. How hard is it to program in somethign that you just type in the date and it goes there? Isn't the purpose of computer is to have random access? Not manual sequential access? haah.

Also, can you switch between various time frame by hitting the 5min, daily or 1min button? That's one lil feature I really like in eSignal but not available in TS7.

I like someone to combine thebst of all teh features out there into one software.

so, now pop up windows? ok

But apparently, I'll have to wait for 3 days to get an account going! BTW, during the trial is the feed in RT or delayed? And if you want RT you have to pay it during the free trial but not the subscription fee? Is that correct guys?
