Qchart historical tick data for ES & NQ

Hii folks,

I am trying to do some backtesting and i needed tick data for ES and NQ. I saw in the Qchart webpage that they have intraday data as far back as Feb 1997.

I hope Qchart user can help me with these questions :

1. Are those tick data.
2. Do they have the data for ES and NQ
3. How far back is the data for ES & NQ
4. Can i export these historical tick data into ASCII format

3.) I think es97z
4.) there is a chart, data export feature, I have not used it.
