Collapsing MACD and candle stick charts _
My solution is to double click in the MACD portion and then correct version is shown. Not really what I want to be doing when scrolling through my stock selections.
After receiving 'help' Q Charts solution was to increase number of vertical lines (ie.larger date range) which is not suitable for the way I use the charts._
They also told me that there was no fix for this and that they would not be trying to find a fix in the future?
For over $100 a month I would certainly expect a more sympathetic response from them - has anyone else got similar responses to their problems when dealing with Q Charts support, and are you happy with their latest version?
