With all due respect to the helpful learned posters here, jpg is the wrong format for charts, try saving as 'png' or 'gif' which will give you smaller and sharper pictures.
The better combination should be something like faststone capture and shup for uploading, both are free or minimal cost. Actually you can skip faststone capture if all you are doing is capturing a window and not much graphics editing, because shup can do basic screen capture as well.
