Putin takes another U.S. citizen as a hostage. Yuri Malev is a resident of Brooklyn, New York and has resided in the U.S. since 1991.

Let's see what his heinous crime is to give him a 3 1/2 year sentence in Russia. He posted a picture on social media which 'showed a picture of a corpse wearing the ribbon with a caption saying, "How to wear the Saint George's ribbon correctly."' which 'denigrated the Saint George's ribbon, a symbol of Russian military valor.' 'The court in St Petersburg, where Malev was tried, said this showed disrespect for society'.

I recently read an article plus a video of Trump's MAGA supporters saying they'll be better off living in Russia.

Yet, no one is preventing MAGA from moving to Russia. :D

MAGA voters have explained why they turned their backs on the US for a new life in Russia, claiming the former communist state is a 'positive vision of 1950s America'. Conservative men have cited the country's Christian values, beautiful women and stunning scenery as the reasons behind their move.

Over the past month, Russia has been issuing numerous arrest warrants for people outside the country including foreign leaders. These people has already been "tried" by a Kangaroo Court in Moscow and given lengthy sentences for their "crimes". The "justice system" in Russia is laughable. No evidence required, no chance of defense, and issuing arrest warrants for people located outside the country for supposed "political crimes".

A court in Moscow has issued an arrest warrant for the widow of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny on charges of extremism, according to state media.

The charges brought against Yulia Navalnaya, who lives outside Russia, in absentia are to do with her alleged "participation in an extremist society", Tass news agency said.

The opposition leader - Russia's most significant for the past decade - died in an Arctic Circle jail of natural causes, according to Russian authorities. Mr Navalny had been serving 19 years on extremism charges that were widely seen as politically motivated.

But his widow accuses Russian President Vladimir Putin of killing him.

In response to the arrest warrant, she posted on X: "When you write about this, please do not forget to write the main thing: Vladimir Putin is a murderer and a war criminal.

"His place is in prison, and not somewhere in The Hague, in a cosy cell with a TV, but in Russia - in the same colony and the same two-by-three-metre cell in which he killed Alexei."

The Moscow court ruled that Ms Navalnaya, who has vowed to continue the work of her husband, should be remanded in custody and she was declared wanted.

The decision means she would face arrest if she set foot in Russia.

The charges may be linked to a Moscow court ruling in June 2021 which outlawed three organisations linked to Mr Navalny, labelling them "extremists".

Ms Navalnaya was unable to attend his funeral in March.

This month, she was elected to chair the US-based Human Rights Foundation - a non-profit organisation working to promote and protect human rights across the world.

Two people associated with former Russian Deputy Defense Minister Timur Ivanov, recently arrested in a bribery case, died under mysterious circumstances within two days of each other.

Fifty-two-year-old businessman Igor Kotelnikov died in a Moscow detention center on July 8, the independent Russian outlet Mediazona reported on July 12.

According to Eva Merkacheva, a member of the Human Rights Council, Kotelnikov died after being held in a punishment cell, allegedly due to a blood clot, which she described as a common cause of death in the Russian Federal Penitentiary System (FSIN).

Kotelnikov was accused of bribing of top officials in the Russian Defense Ministry (MoD) to win large contracts. He was repeatedly visited in pre-trial detention by FSB officers who “pressured” him to testify against Ivanov. When he refused to do so, Kotelnikov was placed in a punishment cell, where he could not be held due to his illness.

The second person is 62-year-old Magomed Khandayev, the head of the Russian Defense Ministry's state examination department. The Russian propaganda agency TASS reported his death on July 9. No cause was given.

Khandayev reported directly to Ivanov, who was arrested in late April in a large-scale bribery case. The investigation alleges that he "conspired with third parties" to receive bribes "in the form of the provision of real estate services in the course of contracting and subcontracting works for the needs of the MoD."

Not content to merely suppress people inside of Russia, Putin has appointed a kangaroo court in Moscow which is trying people in absentia for "spreading false information about the military". The kangaroo court has tried numerous political leaders, reporters, and others around the globe. Many of the "defendants" have never set foot in Russia. The Russian judicial circus is laughable.

Vladimir Putin purging the corrupt even at higher echelons of the Russian government should tell you that he is a good leader and loves Russia. In contrast, the most corrupt politicians in the US are still in power, still selling out the US interests and secrets to foreign governments and no one holding them accountable. And they almost succeeded in killing President Donald Trump by mere millimeters, if not for the grace of God. These evil people are still out there.
