Most people assume that America has Capitalism. No. America has what I call Corportate Feudalism. So does Russia. But I call it.......Putinism.
 
Hope you know who really owns & runs Prague.

I speak the language know the people and last time I checked Prague was not privately owned. It's a capital of Czech republic and has always been.
I do not know who have got more influence, whether Germans or Russians, it doesn't matter much. What matters is the country blossomed.
In the long run, the way things go in Russia they will always stay the Third World country, second it's highly unlikely Russian troops will be back in Bohemia any time soon, most importantly.
If you know any conspiracy fairy-tail about Prague entertain us please.

Czechs are world famous for their good work ethics and sharp minds. No doubt Czech republic is one of the very few success or partial success stories from the eastern block. Communism sucked like a black plague on the human race.....NEVER EVER AGAIN!
