This is just classic. Putin comes off as the peace maker. Assad gets to keep the war going with his military in tack, plus he receives a get out of jail free card for using chemical weapons. Assad and Putin get to hide the chemical weapons, and in the end it's like it all never happened.

And Obama is supposed to give his big " Let's attack Syria" speech tonight. Call off the Vote, Obama. You were played like a fool.
 
So what can Obama possibly do, in order to avoid the chump card?

Say no to the Russians offer to dismantle?

Call for an attack on Russia as well?

I'm all out of guesses.
