It still shocks me that with that amount of money in play people buy into the trash talk, the Paulie "smack down" w/strategic video, and can't see this as a well orchestrated event.

I wonder what Paulie's cut was in all of this.

Having said that, I'll probably try to find a free stream online to be part of the circus. Or watch the highlights tomorrow.
 
Cost $99 to watch the fight in the US. Cost 19.95 pounds to watch it in the U.K.

$99 isn't a lot to watch a fight, but it irks me greatly that I have to pay more because I'm American. So I said no to buying it today, but went over to twitch.tv. Gamers love to live stream stuff and figured they might be streaming the event. I saw 10s of thousands of people watching a "pokemonGo" stream so I clicked it and sure enough...it wasn't pokemonGo.

It was an HD version of the fight live streamed.

haha, that's awesome.

It was an awkward fight....but you knew McGreggor wouldn't go the distance around the 4th round when he started gassing out. His only chance was a lucky punch. He went 4 rounds more than I thought he would, so I give him credit. Only reason I disagree w/the stoppage is because I wanted to see him go down.
