Not suited for author .Possible they have speedy datafeed ,which potencialy can give some advantage for specific tactic ,if you sit near company server location ,but author in Hamburg .
Some another small company can be
rmltrading ,but this offer direct routing
with all ECN only with platform ,for which must be payed 50-200 $ ,but it is not better as from AMTD,OXPS and SWIM
Choicetrade ,alsov must be payed some 70$ per month

Author tested multiple platform's ,but suspect that AMTD ,OXPS,SWIM
without charge are not worster
as platform with charge from another brokers.
Genesys multiple communicated ,but not tested
