I feel like I can fly... elevate me.....U2
Anyway onto your question..2 days before Christmas....I was out of my mind.. from holiday emotions and depression....So I thought I would capitalize on my state of mind and make an impulsive decision..I drove over to head office of the 304k house I had my eye on...I walked in there and the main salesguy was working which surprised me since it was a holiday weekend...Here is our conversation

Welll there it is a lesson in negotiation...LOW BALL TO HELL...THEN COME BACK AND GET THEM..
Next Step::Getting closing cost estimate on mortgage for the builder....
I am definately using Merrill Lynch...They rock..I call them like everyday..They have excellent people.

ANyway 300k mortgage.. with 10 yr interest only payments..
as of today *******$906.00 dollars**** look at above link
Those kind of payments will provide extra cash flow for traders or any kind entreprenuer..You cant beat it...

Well, I feel "associated" with everyone...and I did ask the question about the house. It's nice to see somebody excited about a major decision in their life.
**Now to the "traders curse"....it seems that everytime a trader decides to make a major purchase that they run into a stream of bad luck (or maybe they're just rushing to make money to pay for whatever they bought). This happens at all levels, for whatever reason.
So I hope that we can get along, say goodbye to the thread, and hope that the home is nice and safe and a motivation to get up every morning and make some money.
Interest only loan? At today's low rates?? Make double payments while you can, get that sucker paid off in 5 years.
