I learnt to trade from his writings and it was helpful for me.

but it took almost a decade of trading by me to do it.

The chart updates real time, and you can compare it to an alternative platform of your choice. The screenshot of 6A that you posted was:
1. Asian session on SUNDAY
2. Aussie is quite slow even during more liquid times.

At the moment, Moving averages are unavailable, however, we have a better, volume-based version of those - VWAP. Just go to Setup-Studies-VWAP and check it out for yourself. You'll se how the price respects VWAP and you might wanna try it instead.
However, well consider adding normal MAs as well.

Here's a small example of how you could have used VWAP for your intraday trading on British Pound in the last 2 days.

I notice that in the "Traders Stats", some traders have been grayed out. When I click on their respective name, the chart opens and it stated "LOST". Does that mean they've been disqualified from the contest? The contest rule states "1) Do not exceed $1,000 daily loss limit, 2) Avoid dropping your Account Balance below $48,000". These apparently don't apply. So exactly what is the reason for the disqualification?

Hey schizo,
what traders exactly do you mean?

e.g. for these guys in red in the end of the Contest table, a daily loss limit rule has been clearly broken. And if it's not for the DLL, then the second typical reason would be trading at wrong time (i.e. leaving positions overnight). Please check here for the least of products and times available for trading - this is coming from post #1.

So day 1 of the Contest...

We're quite pleased to see a lot of participation, and our first 3 contestants have even managed to hit the profit target!

And, as it usually happens, some haven't been too cautious and broke a rule (see previous post). That happens quite often -so better luck next time!!

Our current leader, MrTorrent1984, is concentrated on trading the highly volatile Crude Oil and Gold. And you can bet he knows what he's doing! Look how accurate his entries and exits are!
