I did indeed feel like a new person. It was a different feeling for sure. Pretty cool.

It probably operated more as a risk management signal, which I still did mechanically today without the feeling. So it was a feeling that was useful, but I have worked around it.

That's why I started this journal. I wanted to document the feelings so I can acknowledge they exist and work around them rather than try to suppress them. The feedback has been immensely valuable!

I'm thinking you worked through your problem and you didn't go around it, Yes?
 
Yes good distinction. Feeling indicated problem, problem was resolved, feeling went away.

When building a structure with bricks, it's one brick at a time and when your done it's a solid structure. The same approach can be used towards rebuilding or repairing oneself, Its one item at a time. Just remember to celebrate your achievements, you worked hard for it, and you deserve it.
