Israel is able to dominate any single country in the Middle East by virtue of their nukes and technological superiority militarily, not the reverse. When both countries can destroy each other equally, then there is a balance of power...so we don't have a balance of power between any Middle Eastern Nation and Israel. In addition, as much as you claim a complete ostrich position and spout complete denial of reality, everyone knows the US has pledged its support to the survival of Israel via any means necessary, so every country knows what the score really is.

The score is the US and Israel joined at the hip versus any individual country in the middle east.

Have we seen Russia and or China and all their weapons pledge their undying loyalty and support for any Middle Eastern Country?

And even if Israel do decide to nuke the entire arab world they will unlikely kill even 10% of the arab population regardless of how many nukes they have. The one with nukes has the power, which is why Iran wants to get nukes...to balance the power. At present, the power is not balanced at all, it is squarely in the hands of the western society, of which Israel is a member.
