This has been done in light of the lack of content at its outset and the posts made by fellow ET'rs concerning the likelihood of ffguru's selling his services via the thread. It probably should have been deleted earlier, ffguru was given the benefit of doubt - and this was my mistake.

I have been away for nearly five days. While I was away a number of ET'rs made requests which have now been addressed or are in the process of being addressed. For those who provided me with this information thankyou, and I apologize for not getting to your requests earlier. For those who enjoyed my time away...
