PSU's other scandal: "He was the Jerry Sandusky of climate science, except that instead of molesting children, he has molested data in the service of politicized science that could have dire economic consequences for the nation"

"science" is bullshit for the most part. If it's medical science it's about Big Pharma and their profits, if it's climate change it's about a method for the UN to levy a tax..

Students learn the art of deception in evolution theory classes. They can say they have a calibrated system of measurement going back to the beginning of time. They calibrate the geologic column by the strata and they calibrate the strata by the geologic column.. but wait, calibration is "comparison to a known standard". Both the strata and the column conclusions are conjectures about the past. So they have a fantasy calibration. For an encore they throw out all readings by actual scientific measurements that don't agree with their fantasy!! The logic employed, circular reasoning, would earn an F in philosophy 101 but it gets an A in evolution theory circles... "science" can stuff it sideways so far it makes their heads swim and then they can savor the sensation...

Wow. I didn't know there were people with a computer that are that stupid. And so angry at knowledge. Amazing. I don't know whether to be horrified or amused.
