This is your political argument... you cannot have any conversation without mentioning biden or kamala or lefty ilk..
This trial has nothing to do with political parties... but that is your fall back when you have nothing else to add...
Nope, it's the other way round. I have repetitively argued his right to self defense which is a legal point, not a political point.
But yes, I argue political points as well, as this whole thing takes place in a massive political context. Make no mistke about it, this whole trial is playing to the crowds in the street, or trying to avoid playing to them- but that is the overarching context. The president of the united states weighs in and brands the defendant as a white supremacist, the vice president is running around the country meeting with people/families and contributing to bond bailout funds or as a candidate and the media beats their jaundiced drum day and night against the defendant. So little old me weighs in with my political views. Gee, that's a sad story right there.
As I said, it is totally the other way round, I have fully addressed the legal issues. And you are correct in some ways, in saying that I have nothing further to add- but only because they have been addressed ad nauseum. You started down the road with giving us some basic lecturette on how one cannot legally just shoot someone who punches you and the force must be reasonable. We are way past that mate, both in the discussion in this forum and in court. You and the prosecution are the ones who seem to be a little light on the law and evidence, eh? Oh I see, the gun charges are lookin good. giggle.
