They are in a trial. The judge has been tough but also tossed the prosecutor a bone on allowing lesser charges and allowing the prosecution to argue that Rit provoked one or more of the shootings. So if the prosecutor can't work with that and at least get his participation trophy, fuck em.
If you have strong need to virtue signal, give it to your dog. Otherwise, there are charges, it is not about how you feel. The prosecution needs to speak to the statutory elements and work with the judges instructions.
New York is about to erupt- or in the coming months- and there will be massive armies of leftist cockroachs killing, burning, coming from other cities to get in on the action, etc, etc. Save your outrage for them. Oh wait. What I am sayin. Peaceful protesters.
