I've been working on an ATS for a few months. The preliminary results have met my expectations, but I feel like I need input from another person to help keep the process moving forward. I'm considering looking for a partner, but I have strong reservations. I could hire the help I need (a statistician), but I don't think that a consultant would bring the same energy and creativity to the process that a partner would.
I would appreciate hearing about your experiences--good and bad--in taking on a partner. Any constructive advice is welcome.
