Props hiring in nyc?

Any body work for/ know of prop firms that offer intensive training and are hiring recent grads in nyc? I graduated last may from a reputable university with a good gpa and am determined to start trading. Have sent out resumes to a bunch of firms i see frequently listed but am still awaiting responses. One drawback that may diminish my attractiveness as an applicant is lack of capital. Do you think that this is a significant factor? Thanks in advance for advice, input etc.......

Take a look at First New York Securities and Triton Global because they both pay a base salary. That would probably be a good idea. Be very cautious of any firm that requires you to put up capital to begin with.
