You obviously have never withdrawn money from a Trading account.
Signatures are required. An account has to be nominated. Moreso it is fraud and the client already knows my own details.

most certainly. 10% of the available account balance is the drawdown.
risk will be proportionately reduced wiht balance of account. the reverse is also true however.
