I dont' have a probably admitting when I'm wrong. But looks like I just have to move over to the London branch. Probably better off anyway because accounts are segregated.
 
Where did you end up hearing about it on your end? When I was calling arround last Thursday I was still getting two different answers...

Yeah, it's still a little foggy. I have my sales guy working on it and a contact at the NFA looking into as well. I'll keep ET posted.

Strangely, the NFA information line doesn't have any information, one way or the other, until the ruling...So someone there is sending me an email to see if they have any public documentation on the subject...I'll post what they send me...
