For those of you who have some experience hiring traders or working closely with those who hire traders, is there a proper, potentially effective way to ask for a "second look" if you get turned down for a job?
(No, I haven't been rejected, at least not yet, but I figured it would be good knowledge to have in advance.)
I was thinking one way would be to ask the bearer of bad news for feedback on why you got rejected. Then, you could offer some contrary evidence.
