I’m looking to get into prop or arcade trading with no experience. What firms hire someone with no credentials essentially and a few thousand in capital?

Michigan but looking to move to get started in this career.
If you are accomplished with code there’s probably a dozen Chicago or NYC proprietary futures firms that would interview you in a support capacity. These firms risk only the firm’s capital, you are paid as an employee on a W-2, and the business model is very different than most equity prop firms that I’m aware of.
Personally, I think this would be a better avenue for you to work your way into a Trading position.
