Prop Trading Firm Reference

Real quick question, I recently booked a few HFT type clients and was wondering if anyone could lend me a hand as to which firms have the best reputation and also the worst in the Chicago circuit. I am actually just trying to verify because I see how some firms treat their day-traders, and did not want to spend resources headhunting great talent just to get stiffed for my fee. Appreciate your responses. Preferably personally email me.

My firm is called The McGehrin Group, we are based out of Miami and my office is NYC. It definitely is a small niche firm. I am new to the Chicago scene and know that there are so many Prop Trading firms in Chicago. The ones with offices in NYC and Chicago are mostly known to me. Perhaps my legitimacy should be questioned because this seems to be a very quirky market segment. Much different than the average Java/C++ developers I am accustomed to dealing with. Thanks for at least taking a moment to read and respond.
