sleeping in your chair,
I cannot tell you the advantages of trading in an office, because I have never done it and I don't know a single trader in my whole life. But I do know one disadvantage: taking an exam, if you live in US. Are you ready to take an exam? I don't know this exam, I think it is called series 7, I don't know what happened to series 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The number 7 exam can be easy or difficult, depending on those who passed or failed. I never bothered to take that exam. I hate exams.
