Prop Shops

Can anyone recommend a good prop shop for a new trader that is looking to trade all markets. Are there any shops that pay a salary during the training period.

FNYS pays a salary, but most other prop shops that offer training and back traders do not pay anything so you should have about one years living expense saved up before signing aboard

I know of a couple firms that will let you choose which product you want to trade but you have to stick with that.
Even with those firms you were limited to CBOT and Merc.

Never heard of a prop firm that lets its traders trade all markets, but I may be wrong.

Yes, there are many firms out there that trade all markets.

Would you mind sharing a few? I've always been interested in learning to trade futures as well but have put that on hold as I'm making pretty good money trading equities right now. But I dont want to trade just equities forever.

I'll PM you. My posts will get deleted if I advertise any one firm.
