I recently graduated college with a BS in Finance. I've worked for the past three summers and j-term (month off of school) at the Chicago Board of Trade in the S&P options pit. I am looking for an opportunity that would lead to a full time trading position with a prop group. Many locals have told me that not many people are hiring at the moment. Does anyone know of a firm that would be willing to talk to me?
