Prop firms requiring no license?

Are there prop firms that require no series 7 or license where you can put up a minimum of 5K and they leverage it a minimum of 10-1? Also, does anyone recommend one where the monthly fees are low? Say around $100, some charge $250 to use their software monthly and have a 90-10 split.

Just get the S7, it's not that hard. It will open up your options. Any firm willing to give you the kind of deal you want probably isn't very stable.
