No way man, this kid's trying hard. Who else but a Uconn grad would be able to come back with that #58 ranking so quickly???

And it is correct. I said it was an ELABORATE charade. I am waiting for my serious dialogues with him to confirm or negate your CFI theory.

But you have to admit, you haven't been entertained by ET this well for a long time.

Not everybody at Harvard has the IQ of Ted Kaczynski. I know that there are plenty of people who do things that I mentally cannot and probably never will be able to do. That kind of ticks me off. However, I try to think very logically and put thoughts into sets.

If I were not a dying man with far better things to do, I would concatenate all of your posts and Wordle them, because your vocabulary is beginning to remind me of that of my favorite ET prankster, other than me, of course.

Well heck man, anyone who can process information that quickly and reply MUST be a good trader. Thank you for showing me the light. I think I will offer him a job now. And no, you don't have to do my laundry.

Just trade the graphs and watch CNBC all day. How's 150 to start sound???

You should go for the best you can get. But for anyone to take you seriously you have demonstrate intelligence, work ethic, and likability.
The third is probably not an issue. How will you demonstrate the first two? Saying you are smart and hard working isn't enough.

Your just bitter and jealous!

As Rodney Dangerfield once said, "How about fantasyland"!

The problem for the OP and his generation of coddled-I-deserve-XYZ -because- I- scored- ABC on some math test is that he knows nothing about hard work.

We see it all the time on my desk (do not ask which one), though its usually from the Ivy League brats who have been told that their sh!t doesn't stink because they never left the circle-jerk of campus.

You know what? I want to be a pro golfer. I've never golfed before because it is expensive to play, but I'm pretty athletic and know I could be good at it. I just need someone to teach me to play, pay for my rounds, buy me equipment, and then sponsor me on the various tours until I make it. Does that sound about right?

Oh, and I refuse to play at the public cheap courses nor will I work any other job that could potentially put money in my pocket so I can contribute to the costs. Thanks in advance.

I weep for the future LOL

I guess you are not from Ivy.

I prefer Ivy over non-Ivy.

I agree about the "fantasyland" comment.

Good golf analogy.

The current generation of kids are the "me" generation.

They are so lacking. Poor nutrition, poor hygiene, lack respect, lack etiquette, lack manners, lack good work ethic, etc. Oh, well.....

Writing stupid is a fine art. Voltaire did it well. Winston Groom (Forrest Gump) was a master. From the beginning the sheer illogic and obdurate obtuseness verging on obtusity nagged at me. Now I am spellbound.

I think they lernt that from senescent hippies like me: "Mom, why don't we ever go see grampa any more?" Poor nutrition, poor hygiene, lack etiquette, lack manners, lack good work ethic? Not me, I think as I suck on a vodka coke unwashed for three days picking my nose screaming fuck you at CNBC wondering when my social security check comes.

Different strokes for different folks, I guess. No I am not Ivy but I don't begrudge those who are. My experience has been that those just below Ivy try harder now because they saw just how close they could have been and now are kicking themselves for decisions made at age 17 or 18.

For most Ivy leaguers, the college experience may have been the pinnacle. (My good buddys' claim to fame is that he got tit off of Matt Damon's ex who is now married to the guy from metallica. But he can't trade his way out of a paper bag)
