Prop Firms in Mexico or Spain?

Dear Traders,

I am a Quant Programmer/Trader who is considering moving to Mexico or Spain at some point. Is there any prop firm in those countries? Should I just consider working for a bank?

There is always the possibility of working remotely but I will love to find a trader floor in those countries.
