prop firm suggestions

I'm looking for a prop firm that will give me good leverage on my money (equity I will put up initially is 250K), but not take any percentage of my profits (I will take all the losses). I also want to be able to trade futures, options and some foreign equities. Not looking to get raped by a fly by night.

Any suggestions?

Do a CPM account and than you get the leverage built in and do not have to be sitting in non seg environment. PM me and I can give you some decent options out there for this incubation program.
