Prop Firm less than 5,000 deposit

Exactly. I was close to a lawsuit and it took 3 months to get my deposit back.
Once you park your money at one of these firms, it's tough getting it out.
In many cases you are forced to sign a 1 year lock-up agreement.
With which broker were you having this trouble?

This seems like a simple enough thread: prop firms with less than $5K deposit. I've read it several times, and there appears to be no real answers. $5K it is.

@Hooter what firm are you referring to?

Hooter was referring to Suretrader, they're in the Bahamas. However, talk to a CPA regarding the filing of an FBAR if you keep $10k or more in your name in any offshore bank/firm. Another thread on ET mentioned Suretrader being served a notice to produce all of their U.S. based traders so that IRS could check if traders were in compliance with FBAR.

It's all regulation b.s. by the U.S. government to track your money worldwide.
