Prop firm for pennies for Canadians?

Hello everyone, looking for a little advice.

I am a Canadian who enjoys day trading penny's. I am really not impressed with questrade. Their execution times are unreal. VERY slow, and miss out on a lot of profits.
Looking into prop firms. What do you guys recommend?
