Does anyone know of any prop energy shops or hedge funds that are hiring or looking to let a trader use their capital to trade. I am a power trader with 7 years experience, and have a proven track record. I was a finance undergrad, have my MBA, and have respectable PNL numbers for the last 5 years or so. I am currently still employed, but am getting a terrible deal where I currently work, not to mention I am micro managed and basically forced to trade a certain way under limits that are unreasonable. I realize it may be a long shot to look for employment on here, but I figured it cant hurt to reach out. Thanks....
