If that's the definition of catering, you should see Trump vs Hillary debates first.
In the past 2 presidential elections the you could unskew the templates to about dem plus 2 to 4 as long the polls sample a decent amount of independents.
That is what I did to call the last Presidential election pretty much perfectly. Basically the independents have to swing a little republican for republicans to win because either there are a few more democrats or democrats vote democrat more solidly than republicans.
I considered dem plus 9 to be a very crooked poll. So that poll shows biden to up about a little more than the margin for error.
So next you have to anticipate that when they poll likely voters... and then you unskew... you have an election that is inside the margin for error right now.

NY,CA,NJ WA etc have lots of democrat votes to spare.
LA,GA and TX are starting to get hit hard and that can take out alot of Trump voters.TX and GA are within 3-5 points reach for democrats.Republicans have a long way to go in places like NY,CA,NJ and WA
Older people are the super majority of those being taken out.That hurts Trump far more than democrats,especially in places like FL ,MI,OH,TX etc

Sorry bud, I got bad news for you. Why don't you overlay the counties hit hardest in LA,GA and TX and see how they voted in 2016 vs how many cases of CV they have in those counties. It's the blue counties that are being hit.
You can pretty much verify that's the case with every red state. Any county that voted blue is hit harder than almost every other county. The more blue they voted, the harder they got hit.
Probably because liberals are so shitty at containing emergencies. They just make everything worse.

There are republican voters in blue counties and they are more likely to be older and be Trump voters
