Well when they go broke trying to sell $5 donuts then they will have eliminated a small portion of capitalism.
This "equity based" grading practice policy is absurd.
2+2 =4 no matter where you live, what your parents do for a living or how much money your family has....
Ignoring the knowledge gap only delays it to collage. Once the college gets its loan money, only then the person of color student realize they have not been taught the basic to compete in college

I’m concerned you don’t know your math. Here is a quick test:
Where a man = 1, and a woman = -1, A couple involving a man and a woman equals zero. What value do we assign to a transgender? What value do we assign to a transgender in process? What value do we assign to a male couple? What value do we assign to a female couple? What value do we assign to a transgender couple? What value do we assign to a male and a transgender couple, what value do we assign to a female and transgender couple?
