I find it coincidental as well they keep showing up on all the charts too . . . and the shame of it . . . in real time as well.

Need help from MultiCharts gurus.

ProfLogic has kindly given me the ELD with his indicators for TradeStation/MultiCharts but when I import and compile them I get errors.

I'm running Windows XP fully updated.

The errors are;

Unlikely . . . have one of the guys PM you with their indicator and help you get it set up.

This is the one you need. Apply it to the chart, set the text colors so you can see them against the background and you should be fine.

Aaahhhhhh Finally the penny drops!

I applied that indicator when I first tried because it compiled OK but it didn't look like the ones in this thread so assumed I needed the others in the package to complete it. After reading your post, I went back and played with the style properties and all is clear.

Well that was the easy part. Now to get my head around this method. That's always the hard part for me.

I'm new to MultiCharts, eSignal and volume based charts. When I setup volume charts in MC using eSignal data feed, I get data "holes" at the end/start of each day (see attached).

Data settings in QuoteManager are set to "Use exchange & ECN's settings".

Are these data "holes" typical?
If not what do I need to change?
