Anyone see this as it was happening?

It was nice but the 117 histo was green so I skipped. It was well below the zero line and the ERG was declining tho.

Like I said earlier, some of the "logic" droogs here are ... well ... bereft of logic. Keep thinking that mofo, and while you are at it, put us all on ignore which is cool, as all some of us are trying to do is prevent some noobs of being fleeced volleyballhead.
Now that shit is just too funny! :D

Whew .... OK, I'm outta here (please refer to previous comment if you dont' want me back).

Have a nice day in the market today.

See ya.

Boy, I really gotta bite my tongue on this one. :)

However, in keeping w/ your respectful style of prose, I need to pose the following query: Should one rely on fundamentals while scalping/daytrading the ES, or perhaps would he be better served reading Tarot cards?

best regards as well ...

P.S. Please don't tell JJ that his 2 min MACD is formulated from hindsight charting - it might upset him, and we definitely don't want that.

Hi Satan :D ,

Of course ALL ta relies on past data. i have no issue with subjective ta where intuition, fundamental knowledge and skill are applied to interpret patterns and make decisions. This cant be quantified,, but its really all noise directional traders have to go by without real information. It's OBJECTIVE ta that makes no sense, ta that is claimed to be able to be programed and becomes a money machine such as this method. markets simply do not work in this manner--ofcourse you will have some that claim to be able to do it, but evidence is ALWAYS lacking.

best, surf

Hey Prof,

Congrats on the AG show--that is some crowd--your giving LW a run for the money.

With all due respect, the charts look good, but I still fail to see how labeling the past allows you to project into the future what will happen. Obviously, in order to label a price move, it already has to have taken place. In fact, for a chart to exist it is the past by definition. One does not trade the past, rather the present by projecting into the future, therefore I fail to see the advantage of looking at the past.

If this isnt the case, your charts would show the future price so that they may be traded in your claimed perfect patterns/environment.

what am i missing?

Looking forward to meeting you on Saturday evening-- Trying to get Mandelbrot Set JJ to attend-- but not expecting it. You guys might just get along great in real time.

alll the best,
surf

Surf,

I'll sit down with you next Saturday if you have some time and go over this with you in detail. I know that once you understand the foundation of it completely you will see the benefits.

Prof, any idea how I can embed the 2401 into the 16807 on TradeStation?

Email me and I will send you the email address of a guy in CA that can tell you how.

The MACD shows what is happening in the present.

This statement alone is one of the most telling comments a wanna be trader has ever made. Calling an antique range bound indicator, a leading indicator is truly insane.

Quote from Wi!s0n:

I liked the "backdoor" PPF that followed better as the 82 and 117 agreed. These are challenging setups.

I agree, an aggressive non-prime buy around 831.50 around 10:22 as well. Longer did not agree. 117 did tho. I did not partake.
