He has pretty well given away everything on this board...

Like Hershey's stuff... you need to sit down and read through them... S-L-O-W-L-Y.

Bill is a nice guy and always willing to help someone who wants to help himself. I speak from experience and during his help we have become friends.
Just don't ask about his flyfishing and the ones that got away. Bill, I have trouble believing it was a 6 foot trout....ahahahahaha.

As I mentioned in my previous post, it doesn't make any sense to have the signal line AND the oscillator set to bar (histogram). They are going to override each other. The "Erg Osc" as it is called is just the difference between the Erg and the Signal Line, just like the histogram in the MACD. Take a look at the pic I uploaded for clarification and to see how the "Erg Osc" represents the difference between Erg and Signal Line.

I just want to get this corrected so we're all on the same page before we continue to chat about the erg :)

Also, how'd you get your font all italics like that? :D

Go to Global Settings at the top, select Graphics Settings...voila'!

The Intraday Trade Rules!

Thanks for posting. Can you define PPF, what it means to be "in osillation," etc., and anything else that a noob such as myself might not know the definition of?

Do these rules apply only with your Erg settings or can they be applied to any erg settings?

Your welcome.

PPF = Price Physically Failure = failing to make a HH or LL as compared to the previous comparable oscillation top or bottom (comparing like top to top or like bottom to bottom).

Ask the questions individually so my brain doesn't explode. :-)

My ERG is mirrored to price so my rules will work better with my ERG but the rules can be applied to any CVB chart with a smooth momentum indicator that is adjusted to price.

My day is pretty much done guys. Great trading today and Turkey tomorrow. Clean the office this afternoon, football and pie tomorrow.

i'm headed out of town for thanksgiving in about... 5 minutes. I will be back in this thread this weekend. See you guys then. Happy Thanksgiving.
